FlexStart 01 is the first FlexStart building in Klaipėda FEZ, designed for fast setup in a ready-to-use industrial environment. The project gained international recognition in 2017, when it received an award from fDi Intelligence, a division of the Financial Times, for enabling investors to start operations quickly.
The building is suited for manufacturing and warehousing, with separate office areas. Building engineering systems, workstations, technical rooms and employee areas can be adapted to the company’s needs.
